To my kids, in case we never get to talk about it. And to all like minded souls who see life as an art, a constant journey of growth and a quest to tap into our full potential to master and design our lives in order to become the happy and fulfilled individuals we deserve to be. Here is what I would like to share with you on my learnings to this day.

P.S.

I have certainly not mastered everything I have learned and written down here (yet 😉). Knowledge is not power, execution is, so I included what I found to be the most impactful actions for each learning category and recommendations on how to measure progress (what you can´t measure you can´t manage).

Also, to me, complexity is the greatest enemy of execution and there is so much information out there that it easily becomes overwhelming and confusing. Therefore, I summarized what I have learned as much as possible, while trying to include just the most important details. I hope this will give you the clarity you need to execute on it.

Many people underestimate the power of compounding and give up too early, so on your journey of growth don´t forget that even the smallest steps and actions you take each day to get closer to your dreams and goals count.

There are so many (more) things we can learn and focus on from the ones that I chose to share with you and sometimes this becomes overwhelming. In case you get overwhelmed, I suggest to focus on what I call the big three in life and prioritize them in this order: Your Health, Your Relationships, Your Mission

And finally, reaching and achieving goals feels great, but that feeling doesnt last, as we are wired to look for whats next, so try to enjoy and appreciate the journey with all its ups and downs. Each up is worth celebrating and each down is worth learning from. If you are able to see problems and setbacks as lessons, there is no such thing as failure.
