My Past Belief & Approach
I always thought that there was a species called "achievers" and that I did not belong to that group. At least not to the elite, the ones who achieve great things. I believed I could achieve average things, but not extraordinary success.
My Learning in One Sentence
Success comes from good decisions, good decisions come from experience, and experience comes from bad decisions. So just take action—the worst that can happen is that you learn and gain experience, which will lead to better decisions and future success. Don’t let perfection get in the way of progress. Just do it.
My Three Greatest Lessons
1. The Success Cycle
When you don’t believe in something, you don’t take action, you don’t tap into your potential, and you get bad results (“I knew it wasn’t going to work”).
Massive action is only valuable when supported by massive certainty. Everything starts with belief—how do you get it?
Visualize the Result: See and feel your success as if it already happened. Your brain can’t tell the difference between real and imagined success, so this visualization creates certainty, allowing you to tap into your highest potential, take massive action, and get great results.
Change Your Beliefs: Certainty comes from belief. If you believe you are smart, strong, and determined, you act accordingly. If you believe you are incapable, you hold yourself back. Build empowering beliefs to create unstoppable momentum.
2. The Science of Achievement
Focus: Be clear on what you want and why you want it. The “why” is your fuel. Success is 80% psychology (your motivation) and 20% mechanics (how you do it). This applies to finance, sports, parenting—everything.
Massive Action: Learn from those who have already succeeded. Success is about trying different approaches, adapting, and persisting. If a baby learning to walk falls, we don’t stop teaching them—we know they will get there. The same applies to our own goals.
Modeling Success: Find someone who has already achieved what you want, study their strategy, follow their steps, and replicate their intensity.
3. Raising Your Standards
Turn your “shoulds” into “musts.” People who are fit don’t have more time to work out—they made fitness a non-negotiable part of their life. A “MUST” is not a “WANT.” When something is a must, it happens.
Lack of success is rarely about resources—it’s about resourcefulness. Emotion is the ultimate resource. If you control your emotional state, you can tap into creativity, resilience, and determination.
Challenge limiting beliefs. We often accept beliefs from childhood or society that limit us. They aren’t necessarily true; they just feel real because we believe them. Challenge them and rewrite your story.
My Three Action Recommendations
1. Shift Your State Immediately
If you’re doubting yourself, change your physiology. Do something extreme—take a cold plunge, go for a sprint, lift heavy weights. Motion changes emotion.
2. Replace "How" with "Who"
Instead of asking “How can I do this?” ask, “Who can help me do this?” The fastest way to success is learning from someone who has already done it. We often fail because we don’t ask for help. Ask boldly and persistently.
3. Anchor Habits to a Greater Purpose
Every habit must connect to a bigger goal. Ask yourself: Why is this habit important? What happens if I don’t make it a habit?
Small daily actions create massive results. Tie new habits to existing routines and celebrate small wins to reinforce the habit.
Favorite Quotes on Achievement
"People overestimate what they can do in one year but underestimate what they can do in 10 years."
"Momentum is the secret to success—we can master anything if we just build momentum."
"If you want to succeed in anything, the number one driver is ENERGY—focus on what gives you high energy!"
"Where focus goes, energy flows." — Tony Robbins
"There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve—the fear of failure." — Paulo Coelho
"If it’s a MUST and not just a SHOULD, you will find a way."
"10% of life is what happens to you, 90% is what you make of it."
By implementing these lessons and actions, you can achieve more than you ever thought possible. Don’t wait for the perfect moment—just start.
OLD
When you dont believe something, you dont take action, you dont tap into your potential and you get bad results (“I knew it wasnt going to work”).
Massive Action is only valuable if it is supported by massive certainty. So everything starts with having certainty, how do you get it?Visualize the result: Visualize what you want to achieve and see and feel as if it already happened, your brain cannot tell the difference if its real or not which will get you the certainty. With certainty you tap into your highest potential you can take massive action and get incredible results
Change your beliefs: You create Certainty with your BELIEFS. If you believe you are smart, you are sexy, you are determined, you have certainty about this, also the other way around if you believe you are dumb, worthless etc. If you create internal certainty, there is nothing that can stop you.

shoulders back, breath full, head up, high tension, high energy, increase pressure, visualize, picture is near, you are there, voice is loud, fast, punctuated, strong
The Science of Achievement
Focus: Clarity and Commitment about what you want and why you want it Its all about asking yourself what you want and why you want it and not what you need to do - see time management! The why is the fuel! Achieving goals: The key is to know your purpose, your why, why you want to achieve it. When you have a big enough why this is what will give you enough fuel to push through tough times. Success is 80% Psychology (why you do sth), 20% Mechanics (how you do sth.) in anything Finance, Sport, Parenting
Massive Action: Good Execution (by modeling someone it goes faster). It is about failing and learning, all it takes is to keep focusing on the outcome, noticing when something is not working and trying different approaches, if you don´t give up you will succeed. When a baby is learning how to walk, we don´t give up teaching it, because we know it will get there!
RECIPE to get RESULTS: MODELING
Ingredients (the strategy that leads to success)
What did you do to achieve this?
Amounts (how much exactly): How often did you do what, when exactly
Order and Sequence: What did you do first, what was the next step, then the next step
What the Chef is doing, how they are preparing it: How long did you do it and in what intensity?
3 Steps to Master Anything (Relationships, Finances, Time etc.)
You must model someone who is already getting the result you want
You must learn through total immersion (4 days with Expert someone who is outstanding at what they do)
Spaced Repetition
Grace (with Appreciation)
RAISE YOUR STANDARDS
Turn your SHOULDS Into MUSTS. Take the Island and burn the boats. Do people with a great body have more time to work out? - They made it a MUST. A MUST is not a WANT. When its a MUST it will happen. In a relationship some people have Love as MUST but passion as a SHOULD, so there is no passion and they say its because of children etc. The average person hopes, the average person fears, the average person tries. Why do people fail? Most say that they didnt have the resources (money, time, people). The truth is because of a lack of resourcefulness, if you are determined enough you can find money, time and people. Emotion is the ultimate resource! If you are not directing your emotions, it will be difficult to be resourceful (creative, determined) . Why do we decide sth and commit to it and then don´t go through with it? We have some conditioned beliefs that keep us from moving forward. The biggest challenge with our beliefs is that we believe them and therefore we don´t challenge them. Our beliefs are not true they are just real because we believe them. Very few would have believed that we will have smartphones. We have some beliefs about ourselves e.g. what we are worth, what we can achieve that might not be true because they were formed in childhood.
Peak Performance comes from Peak States . Peak States/High energy States/Beautiful States: Grateful, Playful, Passionate, Love, Hopeful, Determined, Clear, Excited, Joyful. Low Energy States/Suffering States: Frustrated, Stressed, Angry, Overwhelmed, Fearful. Why MUST you, why WILL you end suffering as it arises? Why will you live in a beautiful state no matter what happens? To have more energy? To be a better dad? To be a better husband? To be able to live an extraordinary live? To be able to be happy? To make life an adventure, full of joy? To help end suffering for family and friends? To feel good everyday? To live the life you want? So your kids can learn to live life in a beautiful state? Pain is unavoidable, but suffering is an option.
My three most impactful actions for execution
What if you find yourself in a low state like doubting yourself?
Do sth. extreme with your body e.g. cold plunge or run or lift weights
Remind yourself why you are doing what you are doing to get back on track#

How to change your beliefs and create certainty?
Full immersion seminar
People get overwhelmed with the HOW…”how” should I do this?
Replace HOW with WHO…”who” can help me do this and you will find your answers fastest
We are very poor at one certain skill: ASKING (life will give you what you are asking for)
Ask yourself specifically what you want (how much money do I want to earn, bodyweight, etc. very specifically)
Ask the right person - ask people with the right skillset to answer your question
Create value for the person you want to ask: What are their need drivers? Meet those needs! Meet significance, meet certainty
Ask like you mean it
Ask until you get what you want
Asking the following questions
Dont know what you want? Tell me what you dont want and then tell me the opposite!
What do you want and where are you now?
What is stopping you from getting where you want to go?
What does an extraordinary life look like for you?
Where do you want to grow the most?
What do you want more of?
ON HABITS
Connect new habit to greater goal, why is this habit so important? What will happen if I don´t make this a habit?
Beliefs are habitual thoughts, Rituals/habits are habitual actions. And our actions determine our results. Habits/rituals can either be positive/empowering or negative/disempowering.Positive/Empowering habits include:
Getting out of bed as soon as your alarm goes off
Brushing your teeth/taking a shower first thing in the morning
Meditating daily
Daily journaling
Saying gratitudes daily
Smiling at people you make eye contact with
Taking the stairs instead of the lift
etc
Negative/Disempowering habits include:
checking your email as soon as you wake / whenever you're bored
scrolling on your phone whenever it's quiet/you're alone
smoking
drinking alcohol with your meal every night
buying junk food on the way home from work
watching pornography alone in the evenings
eating meals in front of a screen
Gaming / watching TV every evening after dinner
It's important to remember that every single habit we have gives us a dopamine high. The bigger the high, the less likely we will want to do other "hard things" afterwards. And for the same reason, delayed gratification is the cornerstone of long-term success. Given that 45% of our daily actions are habitual it's a good idea to make use of them and anchor in/stack more positive/empowering habits onto those that already exist. A formula from BJ Foggs that works well is:
Find an anchor (a habit that you're already doing without thinking) to trigger a new habit
Make the habit Tiny - it needs to be something you cannot fail to do
Celebrate - make a positive association with the habit, such as a power move/dance, affirmation (eg. I am the master of my destiny and can accomplish anything that it important to me) or a pat on the back
Tony Robbins´Five To Thrive
Develop an empowering identity: Successful people take action no matter what – no matter how they are feeling. You are GREATER than your emotions. To stay hungry for success requires developing a strong identity.
Feed your mind daily: Protect your mind by feeding it what you can use. By feeding your mind, you can grow more and serve more!
Create energy in your body every day: Energy is LIFE. When you condition your body to have energy, you’re wired for success!
Focus on where you want to go, not what you fear: Everything you want in life happens outside of your comfort zone. Take action to move forward no matter what!
Give more than you expect to receive: Progress equals happiness – and when we are dedicated to serving a higher purpose, we will have more drive to make progress.
