MOTION EQUALS EMOTION
The way we move determines the way we feel! As Tony Robbins would say “Motion equals Emotion!” and it´s to true: Want energy? Get your body moving e.g. go for a run, for a walk, do yoga or some core exercises or simply just jump up and down for a minute and you´ll get rid of any fatigue or overwhelm you are feeling. Any radical physical change will help you generate more energy instantly, besides moving your body you can also do cold and/or hot exposure like cold plunging or going into a sauna. Even just some uplifting breathwork can get you a great energy boost (more oxygen in then out - an app called Othership has great guided breathwork for up and downregulating).
TAKE ACTION
Make 30 min exercise to a daily non-negotiable. It does not matter what you do, but don´t let anything distract you from moving your body for at least 30 min every day. Even if its just a walk.
