And this is my story.

I was overweight and overwhelmed and over fatigued getting pleasure through sweets and alcohol, then I decided to run 100k to proof that everything is possible if you put your mind to it, I didnt lose weight though and didn´t look like it, now put focus on energy with running everyday and I am listening to lots of podcasts with insight, which I want to share so that people can get results quicker

To me being happy and fulfilled is not a priviledge but a right and the good thing is that it is not dependent on any outside circumstances like money, but completely in your own control. Id like to support people getting that control.

From here to there in Finances, Relationship (Sabbatical), Mental Health, Physical Health (Ultramarathon), Family (Sabbatical) Time Management etc.

Training for Ultra I had some much time to listen to podcasts, audio books etc and I took notes, the result is a summary of insights from people like TR, Rich Roll, David Sinclair (have pictures of all books and podcasts here)
